ABOUT MEGAN

Megan is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and Kundalini Activation Facilitator offering a holistic approach to healing, utilizing practices that integrate your mind, body, and soul. Through somatic techniques, parts work, and intuitive guidance, she creates a transformative space for deep personal growth and healing.

Megan's mission is to support clients in awakening to their greater nature. Through the release of conditioning, past pain, and limiting beliefs, inner-space is opened for authenticity and radical self-love to bloom. A cornerstone of her practice focuses on relationships, viewing every connection as a mirror and teacher perfectly designed to reveal what’s next in line to loved and healed within us.

In addition to her coaching and mentorship, Megan offers Kundalini Activation Sessions. This surrender-based spiritual practice allows your innate divine intelligence to unwind and release contractions in your energetic, emotional, and mental bodies. Gifts of this sacred practice can include a deep cleansing of conditioning, experiences of bliss and unity and an expansion of consciousness.
